A practical example

For three square panels, start with a 3240 × 1080-pixel design and choose 3 panels. Each output will be 1080 × 1080 pixels. The splitter cuts vertical slices from left to right and numbers the downloaded files in that order. Select them in the same order when posting.

What to check before downloading

The tool divides the existing image; it does not automatically fit each panel to a social network's aspect ratio. Prepare the wide canvas first. If the width is not divisible by the panel count, a few pixels at the right edge may be omitted. Keep important text away from seams. Your browser may ask permission for multiple downloads; check that all numbered files arrived.
